Responsibilities will include;
- Liaison and coordinate with your colleagues in order to foster a team spirit
- Browse online to find potential clients and contact the most relevant ‘Person’ telephonically and offer our services
- Brief the potential client on the products, they are interested in, in a complete and accurate way
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved (both successes & failures)
- Understand & manage personal performance on daily basis
- Attend campaign briefings
- Attend the client, if a visit is required at their venue
- Maintain strict confidentiality of business information
- Use company script guidelines appropriately
- Provide feedback and input to script and copy development
- Record details of “Opportunities and Lead Notes”
- Follow up with client for delivery of ‘certificates and collection of payment’
- Coordination with clients for scheduling the delivery of service (e.g. audit, training).

Commission: Upon achieving the target (up to 5 %)
Salary: 3000 – 6,000.00 per month (depending on the experience)
