Responsibilities will include;

  1. Liaison and coordinate with your colleagues in order to foster a team spirit
  2. Browse online to find potential clients and contact the most relevant ‘Person’ telephonically and offer our services
  3. Brief the potential client on the products, they are interested in, in a complete and accurate way
  4. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved (both successes & failures)
  5. Understand & manage personal performance on daily basis
  6. Attend campaign briefings
  7. Attend the client, if a visit is required at their venue
  8. Maintain strict confidentiality of business information
  9. Use company script guidelines appropriately
  10. Provide feedback and input to script and copy development
  11. Record details of “Opportunities and Lead Notes”
  12. Follow up with client for delivery of ‘certificates and collection of payment’
  13. Coordination with clients for scheduling the delivery of service (e.g. audit, training).

Commission: Upon achieving the target (up to 5 %)

Salary: 3000 – 6,000.00 per month (depending on the experience)
